I’ve been going to Shelly Isreal (Michelle) at Twin Scissors for many years. She’s been in Poway for a long time and her longivity thru these difficult times proves that. She stays current on style and color and other aspects of the business. Shelly does a lot of “pro-bono’ type of work as well, helping where her services will make a difference in the community of Poway.
