Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service.

Late arrivals Service that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We may not be able to extend reserved services for late arrivals. Prices are subject to change
